Are people in motorized wheelchairs pedestrians?
Or must they follow the "rules of the road" like a car or someone on a bicycle? I've been surprised by several people in their motorized wheelchairs/carts when they enter a roadway or intersection. Can't decide if they are very brave or unaware of the danger when they are out in traffic.
Yes, they are pedestrians, at least in MN. I use one daily.

How can i deal with anger after a major car accident put me in a wheelchair ?
That's a tough one. I can only try to understand why your angry but I can't say, I truly understand what your going through (no one can unless they are in the same position as you) I'm sure it must be very very hard on you, no doubt about it. I would seek a professional help to overcome your anger. You have every right to be angry, who wouldn't after what you've gone through, I know I would be. In time maybe you might start to realized it's not worth'd spending your energy being angry but instead adjusting to your situation and to try living a positive life. Be strong and find your inner strength. There are people around you who loves you and would want you to be happy. Time heal all wounds. Seek help. There are professionals who can help you. I wish you the best in life.

Hes the dumbest VP we've ever had easily.
I knew a malamute who used a cart for most of his life. He started using it at about 4 months old after a bad reaction to a rabies vaccine. That dog used to get around some pretty rough terrain with it. I don't know how well an old dog would take to using one. At 13 years old I would let her be a couch potato until she gets so crippled that she needs to be put down.
