Im looking for an 'all action' carp rod ?
Im after one that bends from the handle to feel all of the power of the carp - I have a budget of £50-90. What rods are available. Ive just bought a greys 7ft stalking rod which does exactly this but the 12-13ft rods are a bit pricey.

I looked at the fox warrior es in the shop yesterday and thought it felt really good compared with the chub outkast for example and much lighter than the greys rods
A 2 3/4 test curve rod will not give you an all action feel. By definition it is stiffer than that.
Just the same, Fox do some good stuff in your price range. Take a look at The Warrior ES. The blurb says that "under heavy pressure the blank will continue to bend right through to the butt without locking up". I've got three of them and they are pretty good.

can you use carp rods for piking? i was thinking of the greys prodigy. if not what would you recomend?
nice rod choice......but any carp rod of 2 1/2lb tc will be suitable to use for pike....happy hunting
